Sel-Portrait, Home, June 2009This is a small personal blog that has no intended outcome other than for me to show my work. It’s my view of the world realizing that the world is big, and diverse, and complex and yet simple. In an information saturated world, it’s a place to let those that might be interested see what happens in a place other than their own.
I’ve been fortunate in the fact that I’ve gotten to travel the world and meet important people. These people weren’t important in the traditional, media, popular, powerful kind of way. But they were important to the people that introduced me to them and definitely important to their families and loved ones.
These interactions have shaped my views over the years. But this isn’t a blog to force feed ideas or ideology. I’m not an expert on anything but I do read about our world, look for other viewpoints and try to gain a bit of understanding about that which I know nothing about. It’s an individual’s view of the world as I know it. Nothing more, nothing less.
